The Tin Hall Story

David Snyder has owned this very private 150 acre farm for over 40 years.

Only minutes from downtown Nashville, guests arrive in a world that seems a million miles away from the city. Bear Creek has been a place of peace and serenity, a place of stress relief and renewal from a busy corporate life for David over the years. Friends and family have always found Bear Creek to be a pleasant and peaceful place of refuge.

The beauty and peaceful surroundings of Bear Creek inspired David to make the property available for others to enjoy. Raised in West Nashville, David has great memories of all the family gatherings in Percy and Edwin Warner Parks.

The park shelters, available to families, inspired the type of building David wanted to build and make available to guests of Bear Creek. Thus, the Tin Hall dream was born.

David has overseen every detail of Tin Hall, the 40x60 Timber frame pavilion with spacious patio areas on all four sides.

The actual design of Tin Hall was inspired by the grandeur of numerous historical places David had the privilege of visiting over his many years of traveling. The massive fireplace can burn up to 4 ft logs and serves as the background for any possible event.

Tin Hall is your canvas for your special event. Tin Hall can be transformed from rustic and vintage to modern and chic with minimal effort.

The massive cypress beams, the cedar lined ceiling, the antique chandeliers, and the historic inspired lanterns all work together to provide any guest with a palette to make this venue the perfect place for any event.

Tin Hall has been professionally landscaping in a simple yet elegant style with boxwoods, hydrangeas, crepe myrtles and day lilies.

We have added rhododendrons, azaleas, and magnolias reminiscent of a southern garden landscape.

Tin Hall is equipped with ten farmhouse style tables with matching benches.

The catering “Cedar Shed” is available to for use to provide a comfortable place to stage food for any event.

Tin Hall is available for weddings, class and family reunions, corporate events, birthday and graduation parties, and celebration of life ceremonies.

There are also numerous outdoors spaces available for any type of event or ceremony on the Bear Creek grounds.
